Stage 3

Official Banjo Player:

You've completed the "Beginner Skills" and "Beginner Songs" courses.

You know 20+ banjo songs.

You’re very comfortable with reading tab and playing with a metronome.

• Learn to Backup in a Bluegrass Jam

• Learn All Major & Minor Chord Inversions

• Learn Licks Over the G, C & D Chords

• Expand Your Song Library to 40+ Songs Including the Intermediate Songs Course

Stage 4

Rising Banjo Star:

You now know 40+ songs that you can play upon request.

You know all major and minor chord inversions.

You’re comfortable playing in a bluegrass jam and can backup as well as take a rudimentary lead using licks, rolls and inversions.

Action Steps/Milestones

• Expand Your Jamming Skills to Include More Complicated lLicks

• Expand your song library to 60+ songs that can be played upon request including advanced arrangements.
